Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Serveware products

Return Shipping

  • We cover return shipping costs for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Please return items in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
